All services are subject to availability and agreed quotation.
Payment terms are strictly as stated on the invoice.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
The Company reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
The Client must:
Provide accurate shipment details and documentation.
Ensure goods are properly packaged and labelled.
Declare hazardous, oversized, or restricted goods in advance.
Provide correct customs information for cross-border shipments.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation.
While we provide customs services and documentation support:
The Client remains legally responsible for the accuracy of all declarations.
We are not liable for penalties or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Delivery times are estimates only unless agreed in writing.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Customs inspections
Border controls
Weather conditions
Strikes or industrial action
Force majeure events
Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable UK and international transport regulations, including:
CMR Convention (for international road transport)
Relevant UK transport legislation
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Loss of profit or business interruption
Delays beyond our reasonable control
Clients are advised to arrange appropriate cargo insurance.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, goods are not insured by the Company beyond standard carrier liability limits.
Carbon reporting, reduction strategies, and sustainability consulting are advisory services. We do not guarantee specific emission reduction outcomes unless agreed in writing.
